I’m new to using the bot and I don’t know how to activate the commands for my moderators to change my stream settings, can someone help me?

Enable !commands, !game, and !title, and you’re good to go.

I suggest doing what the second error says: log back in at nightbot.tv, and if you’re still logged in, log out first.
