All I did was hit refresh and it says “Sorry you have been blocked” What do I do? I wasn’t hacking anything or nothing suspicious, like I said all I did was press refresh page

Try loging out and login in. The reason this happened may be changing any info in you’re google account (like changing the password, security, etc…)
