You could use a customapi to post a random number, this is one example that you can copy paste:

!commands add !numbers $(urlfetch http://2g.be/twitch/randomnumber.php?=defstart=1&defend=6)

Though im not entirely sure what all you need, could you elaborate on what it is you want to do?

I would like to choose the number from 1-6 (1.2.3.4.5.6) by nightbot
and
BIG or SMALL (123=small // 456=big)
