How to make nightbot edit commands

I have seen I have seen streamers that have the command !call to say who are they talking to discord.
When changing people, moderators write !c to modify the command.

Example:

Viewer 1: !call
Nightbot: Talking with Peter and Michael.
Moderator 1: !c Steven and Oliver.
Nightbot: The command “!call” has been edited successfully.
Viewer 2: !call
Nightbot: Talking with Steven and Oliver.

I have tried to do that configuration but I can’t, I need help please.

Try this:

!addcom !c -ul=moderator -a=!editcom !call Talking to $(query).

!addcom !call Talking to x.
