How to make a !commands command

I wanna make a !commands command that lets my viewers see my custom commands

!commands is a default Nightbot command. Make sure it’s enabled here: https://beta.nightbot.tv/commands/default

When users type !commands, Nightbot will provide a link to a list of all your custom commands.
