How do I make a currency for viewers?

I want to know how to make a currency like Kevintendo does with Koins.
Is it an Integration, or not? I want to know! Any comments would help.

Nightbot doesn’t support a currency system. There are lots of other Twitch bots that do this (Revlo, Streamlabs Chatbot, Vivbot, etc)
