is the xbl api broken? i have tried a bunch and it wont work i know my gamertag is right so is it broken completely i mean i cant get it to work at all

There might be a temporary service outage with the Xbox Live API service, I suggest you try again now.
Also make sure the username you’re entering in the command is a valid XBL username, and make sure the XBL account isn’t private:
