Help with Nightbot command please

I’m trying to find a way to make a count command that is unique to each user that uses it but I can’t figure out how, example would be

User 1: Has praised 2 times
User 2: Has praised 5 times

I also wanted to place a cooldown to each user so they couldn’t spam the command more than once a day, Is there any way to do this?

User Command Cooldowns

Cooldowns are per command instead of per user.
