The thing is that I created a giveaway using a code word on YouTube for subscribers (not ordinary viewers and moderators, but subscribers) and my subscribers write the word and your bot does not count them in the draw, it says “Wrong user level”. How can I fix this?
Are you certain that you’ve configured the user levels for the giveaway properly? By default your viewers would be Viewers in the configuration. Nightbot doesn’t support a user level for Subscribers, only Channel Members.
