Hi, my giveaway dont work, the nightbot is on the chat since he give back command and stuff

How do you set up your giveaway?
Do the following during a stream:
• When selecting the giveaway type as Active User and the eligibility for Users (highlighted in blue = selected), do you see the eligibility list fill with users in the Users column on the left?
• If the answer to the previous question is positive, when you press on the Roll It! button, do you get an error on the top right corner?
