Giveaway not posting winner in chat

nightbot is recording the users using the keyword, they are marked as “Eligible Users” and when i hit “roll it” there is a winner, but it will not post in chat just on the giveaway page.

nightbot is
a mod
not muted
and all other commands are working.

but its a real pain when show the winner

help? am i missing something?
