Give away message button error

I’ve run 2 giveaways, and each time it’s done, I click the button within Nightbot to send a whisper to the winner, but each time I get taken to Twitch and am presented with an error message telling me “Sorry. Unless you’ve got a time machine, that content is unavailable”.

Does anyone know what might be causing that? Is there a setting I’m forgetting about that might be blocking this function?

Twitch removed their old messaging interface without any replacement. We’ve removed the button.
