is possible to Change the !game to no category using nightbot?

Yes it is! Copy/paste the following: !game ⠀ .
The ⠀ isn’t an actual space, but the U+2800 BRAILLE PATTERN BLANK .

But it doesn’t work. Any tips?

We recently migrated to Twitch’s new APIs, which do not support unsetting game/title. We are still following up with their team regarding this, but hopefully it will be possible again in the future.
