Since you’re on PlayStation, this might be the reason why you get an error?
Not sure it’s relevant to the situation here, but I figured it could be linked.

PlayStation Network link not working

This has been broken for a while, since the method we were using to pull the data was removed and Playstation has no open APIs. I’ve gone ahead and just removed/undocumented it.
