Follow other channels in my streams chat

How do I set up in my chat whilst I am streaming: follow (streamers name) on twitch? So when people are watching my stream and chatting, I or whomever is watching/chatting can let them know to follow other streamers who are chatting in my chat

Timers are good for sending messages to chat on a regular timed basis.
