Filters Wont Update

So I have changed my filter settings on Nightbot yet it continues to use default settings.

For example I have set my “excess emotes” to be at a limit of 20. Yet if someone puts more than 5 nightbot deletes and warns them. I have removed from channel and /unmod nightbot after settings changes have been made and readd. The settings are even saved to my criteria, Nightbot ignores the settings and uses default???

Any help please!

Are you sure it’s the emote filter that is timing out the user? It might be that the repetition threshold is set too low.
