Exempt UserLevel is not working properly in Links Spam Protection

Hello,

I am a nightbot editor for PaymoneyWubby and we allow users to post links in chat if they are VIP. We have people trying to submit links as VIP and Nightbot is still timing them out. We have VIP set as the exempt userlevel in the link spam protection settings but it is still doing this. I tried changing it to subscriber and they were able to post links again, so I know this setting is the problem. But, we don’t want subs to be able to post links, so I changed it back. Am I doing something wrong or is this setting broken?

Thanks for reaching out. It looks like the users that fell into this condition were both subscribers and VIPs. I just rolled out a fix for this. Let us know if you continue to experience issues.
