Is there a way so that if I set a user level for a custom command to moderator, I can also let one person that is not a moderator use that command
Hiya, no this is not possible. You will need to set the userlevel that works for both users. For example you can use the userlevel Regular or Twitch VIP, you can add users to the regular list/vips manually, and moderators will automaticly be able to use that command since their userlevel is ‘higher’.
But I would only like 1 of my moderators using this command.
Then that will not be possible.
