I have it enabled, I’ve disabled/enabled, uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared cache and everything and the emote menu still doesn’t show up at the bottom of the chat window.
The emote menu has been disabled for v6 of BetterTTV due to some breakage happening around it. If you want it then you should consider switching to the v7 beta, which is much more stable and will be stable sometime soon. You can activate the beta at the bottom of your bttv settings.
