I have some pre-made emotes I got off of etsy. One of the emotes wont upload due to the fact someone else uploaded it and didn’t make it shareable. I tried to find a way to contact them put they have not been active in 2 years. Is there anything I can do about this?

Sadly there’s not much you can do, we keep telling people not to buy pre-made emote packs, instead commission the artist for something unique. Only thing you can try at this point is to report the emote, and specify that you also bought the emote in a pack, provide proof, and ask for it to be made available as a shared emote, but there’s no guarantee it’ll work.
