Do Emojis count as Symbols?

Sometimes users get timed out and it leads to me to think I may have the limits too low
I admit that I don’t check it instantly and that I completely forget to do so most of the times

But I just looked at the dashboard and found this under the recent timouts

This person was timed out due to symbols
But I have symbols set to 20
and emojis set to 30
Do emojis count as symbols???

In some text fields where you have limited numbers of characters
I’ve seen emojis count for more than one
Could that have anything to do with it??

Oh and this could also just be a fluke
I simply saw this on my dashboard n thought I’d bring it here

These emojis do indeed count as symbols as that’s what they are, and sometimes, to make an emoji multiple symbols are required.

The Nightbot’s emoji filter concerns Twitch Emojis, which are text converted to an image.
