Even have those times you go into your own channel to customize your Twitch Panels or edit any information and your own Channel Trailer or Featured Content Auto-Plays a lot like the Front Page?
Is there a setting to disable the Channel Content Player as if your Channel was the same as Twitch’s Front Page?

Yes there is, please look into your BetterTTV settings:
Note that BetterTTV tries its best, but that it’s not guaranteed as Twitch actively tries to make it difficult for extensions to prevent auto-play.
