how to delete my own message being a mod? someone knows?

We aren’t Twitch/YouTube support, but you can’t, only an user with an userlevel above yours can delete your messages, aka the streamer.
How strange because I saw with my own eyes how a mod deleted his own message and told me that the trash icon appeared to delete his message, but it doesn’t appear to me and I’m a mod
Once again, we aren’t Twitch support. I only get the trash icon on messages other than mine, and I can only use it on chatters with a lower userlevel than mine.
