Creating Polls will not work, Yes I read the help docs

I cant create a poll using Straw Poll, I have used the same format that the help docs layed out and even copy and pasted the example command with no results. Here is the poll I am trying to create:
!poll new Should I bake a pizza? | yes | no | maybe

Correction, this is what I was trying to create:

!poll new Raid | VoG | Crota | Kings Fall | WotM

Upon searching, your default !poll command is disabled. Re-enable it.

how do i re-enable, not very savvy with this stuff

You can enable it from your dashboard. The enable button is on the far right of the command name.
