Counter for pokemon shiny hunting

How can I put in my OBS layout a numeric counter that allows me to add +1 by just pressing a chosen key?

I’m shiny hunting in various Pokemon games, but on my layout I want to put a number that increases +1 or decreases -1 when I press for instance UP or DOWN arrows. How can I do that?
