Count up and down

I’m looking for a way to have two commands which affect the same counter. If you use one it goes up and the other it goes down. So if it were !plus and !minus at count 20, !plus would return 21 and !minus would return 19

Sadly $(count) can only count up for now, maybe this will change in the future.
