Can Nightbot command create command llike ‘only if two or more users chat the same
command (For example : !mistake ,!punt or !실수) in 10 sec or whatever time, then elevate $count value’ ?

If I understand properly you want $(count) to only add 1 if more than one person calls the command?
Or do you want $(count) to only add 1 even if multiple people call the command?
For the first case this isn’t possible, for the second case setting up a cooldown to the command should be enough.
