Just an FYI, the cooldown for Commands was and still is set at 10 seconds.
For your custom commands such as !instagram, !me, !promote, !shoutout and !sub?

Logging out and back in as well as parting channel from Nightbot did not fix the problem. Non-Mods still can’t use custom commands.
After reviewing your command settings, they are unable to use them due to your configured cooldowns being high. As was stated earlier in this thread, moderators bypass the cooldown. You have cooldowns ranging from 30 seconds to 5 minutes, with most being 5 minutes.
Oh. So what should the cooldowns be set to?
