hey, in my nightbot the commands dont work anymore and if i want do giveaway and ask people to type #Giveaway1 and they do it but the people are not in the giveaway list
If the Giveaways userlist doesn’t update as people type in chat it’s usually indicative of either Nightbot not being in chat or your browser not connected to the chat socket on our Giveaways page. You can try refreshing the Giveaways page and making sure Nightbot is joined to your chat at https://beta.nightbot.tv/dashboard
