how can i make !command for viewer, that can attendance event for 1 hour everyday in month, can became MOD?

Not quite sure what your asking. You can restrict a command for only mods to use by changing the userlevel on the command page. If you want the command to display every hour you can create a timer that Nightbot will automatically post every hour.

If I understand your idea properly, you want to give the ability to people to become mod by typing a command, but they qualify only if they attend your stream 1h/day/month.

This won’t be possible with Nightbot:

  1. it doesn’t track users’ watch-time
  2. it can’t mod other users for obvious security reasons, but also because only someone with a userlevel higher than moderator can make someone a moderator.
