Clear and timeout a user

Is it possible to use nightbot to clear some ones messages and then put them on a temporary timeout?

Initial thought was to set up a custom command have it use twitch’s commands for clear & timeout but in search found a comment saying nightbot couldn’t run twitch commands. Hoping there is an alternative way to accomplish the same thing.

Well a kind of a self timeout can be made using the blacklist filter and putting a command name in there like !timemeout I’m not sure if that’s what you want tho.
