I bought 8 emotes in package on own3d for usage on twitch … but i cant upload them to bttv, cause someone else uploaded them on his channel, without sharing option.
This Emotes are not unique and can be bought on own3d. Is there a possibility to upload them twice on bttw, or to get them shared?

Unfortunately we do not permit multiple copies of the same emote on BetterTTV. I would recommend working with the streamer that uploaded them to use the built-in sharing functionality or uploading original emotes instead.
