Question related to upgrading from base bttv to the subscribed model, it says we get a priority on approval time, does that count for already submitted emotes waiting approval or does that mean new ones going forward? Also what is the time frame compared to the previous wait time.

It counts to any emotes in the queue, both before and after you subscribe. We don’t guarantee a specific approval timeframe, but since pro users hop in front of the queue it generally tends to be faster.
