i was watching a stream and bttv was working fine i restarted my browser and now it no longer works

There is no error I can spot within the log you posted concerning BetterTTV. You may want to check that you have the extension installed: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/betterttv/ajopnjidmegmdimjlfnijceegpefgped
having the same issue, however when i start Chome in incognito mode the extension works again, just not in “normal” chrome
it is installed. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times but it still wont work i have evne uninstalled google chrome but it still has not helped
Try disabling all other Chrome extensions, as another extension may be preventing BetterTTV from loading.
after removing chrome completly from my computer 3 times i got it to work. Thanks for you help!

Are you sure BetterTTV is not working for you? You may need to enable the emotes in the BetterTTV settings.
hi sorry for being a pain it works now but i have no idea why it didn’t work for two days
wasn’t something wrong with the extension itself but it didn’t seem to be loading anyway.

this is strange I just started having this issue and I’ve never had it before… it just randomly stopped working within chrome without me opening or closing anything. I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling, using icognito and disabling every other extension and it won’t come back on for some reason. Is there a log file I can possibly paste you night?
the bttv cdn and api are currently down, the issue is not on your end

Also having issues but it was working a few hours ago. It doesn’t even show the red icon on my page; extensions says enabled. I need to go to bed anyways. Kappa

BTTV icon is also dissappeared on my end. I just wish Twitch would include an optional dark colour scheme, this white light is just blinding me…
