It appears a new version has been pushed that hopefully fixes that issue, someone managed to reproduce the issue and share logs, please upgrade to v7.3.5.

Still not working for me ,where is this new version? i have 7.3.3 (firefox)

New version is only for chrome ? ehh Sadge
Most browsers manually review new extension versions, therefore updates can take a bit of time before coming down the regular update path, you can uninstall BetterTTV a reinstall it from the website (not the extensions store) to get the latest version quicker, if you still get v7.3.3, refresh your cache for the website.
It seems like Chrome was faster at approving the new version this time (usually Firefox tends to be faster) as I already have the v7.3.5 and it updated automatically.
EDIT: v7.3.5 is finally out on Firefox, it should update automatically, is not you can force it from your addons page.
