BTTV Emotes not appearing in OBS chat

I can’t figure this out. FFZ emotes appear in my OBS chat, but not BTTV.
I went into OBS settings to see if it was set to only FFZ, but it is set to display both.
But in the chat it only shows FFZ.
What makes it even more strange is if I go to my chat in my browser, they are both there.
So this is definitely a problem with OBS, but for the life of me I can’t figure out what it is.
