Automatically discord roles dont work for mod and vip

I paid a net $ 10 to see my discord for my twitch and he has done so my mods on my twitch will receive MOD on my discord and the same with my VIPS but it does not automatically play and he says I have to write to you to get it done so I do now

But subscriber will do it automatically

Make sure the role you’re assinging the vips/moderators to is below Nightbot, and the vips/moderators have their Twitch/Youtube account linked to Discord.
