Automatically assign regular

Is there a way to make it so that the nightbot automatically assigns the role of regular after a set amount of watching the stream? I want this so that regular people cannot come in and put links, they have to have watched the stream.

This isn’t possible as Nightbot doesn’t keep track of viewer watch time.
