Auto reply from Nightbot if any Emote is written

Hey Guys, i want my nightbot to reply to any sentence written which includes an emote. What do i have to do? Thank you!

For example: Twitch User: “you are lucky :)” Night Bot respond: “:slight_smile: :slight_smile: :)”
