Mixer is a streaming platform that has a pretty slick chat. Would love to know if it possible to integrate BetterTTV to Mixer and share those amazing Twitch emotes.

Sorry but unfortunately we don’t have the resources to both build and maintain an extension for Mixer. Twitch alone is difficult to maintain.
