Allow links for a specific user

I’d like to allow one specific person + moderators so post links in chat, I know there is the regular userlevel but the problem is that it would also allow vips since its higher on the hierarchy.

Is there a way to allow regulars to post link but not VIPs or just any kind of way to allow a specific non-mod user to post links ?

Hiya, this is not possible no. Like you said you cant exclude VIPs since they’re higher on the hierarchy.
