but in my discord i have a VIP role and i dont want everyone can execute VIP commands without buy it and i dont want the vips can send somes bad words

I’m not sure I understand what you want, but after reading you many times, here’s my answer.
To make sure VIPs can’t use blacklisted words set the exempt userlevel to Moderator in the Blacklist Words/Phrases filter in the Spam Protection settings:
To create commands only VIP and above userlevels can use, set your commands this way:
