When I try to make a chat via Kap Chat, I get the error "You were disconnected from the server.". I have disabled all vpn but nothing has changed. What can I do to fix the error?

If you don't have an example chat appear on the Kapchat example page, then your likely having issues contacting Twitch's Websockets. Since you said you have a VPN verify that it doesn't have any additional security features that could prevent this.
