XBL Lookup Command Error

When trying to use the Xbox Live gamertag lookup commands I am only receiving the following message from nightbot "Error looking up gamertag".

Can you show us how you’re typing the gamer tag?

with the command it would be "!xbllookup SuperFly3745" for mine

Ok can up you actually show me what your command looks like there’s a good chance you might have typed it wrong.

I'm having the same problem. The command is: $(xbl $(user))

I've used the command for a long time in my stream, but just recently it has stopped working, returning the error: "Error looking up gamertag" no matter what gamertag we try.

Well $(user) only uses the username of the person who used the command so you should probably be using $(xbl $(touser))
