!winner command doesn't work

The !winner command isn’t working. It responds with “There was an error loading a list of recent chatters. Try again later.”

The command will only work if there are recent chatters within the past 10 minutes. Additionally, the command monitors only chatters from your main chat (Twitch/YouTube chat, not Discord).
