Hey @Hasty Beetle!

I can't tell you why they'd be insulting Nightbot, I'm not in their heads, but make sure you set up your spam protection properly, more specifically that you enabled Blacklist Words/Phrases and that you added words that you wish to blacklist, especially the insults you're referring to.
