Most of the time these are PEBCAK errors since the service works well, once you'll change attitude we'll help.
In the meantime, check the https://discord.com/channels/229471495087194112/1534597676505497683 guide, and report us point by point what you did, and what's working and what isn't. You might as well check that !commands is enabled.
