I am a mod & manager on a stream chat and I am trying to allow soundcloud links to be whitelisted. I added soundcloud.com and https://soundcloud.com/ to the whitelist on the spam protection tab, but when these links are posted in chat they are still being deleted. I made sure that the links are on one line each in the whitelist. I also know that “block hyperlinks” is turned off, and that “Links” is enabled on the spam protection tab. Is there anything that I am doing wrong?
soundcloud.com works fine for a soundcloud link like this. You can look at the Nightbot timeout message to narrow down the issue, if it’s still continuing.
