Whitelisted links wont show up with custom commands

I have a giveaway on gleam. io but even after whitelisting it and putting it into custom command under !giveaway, it still wont show the message. removing the link from the command shows the message

On YouTube or Twitch? If on YouTube you may need to turn off their spam protection. If on Twitch you need to turn off Twitch’s link filtering or mod Nightbot in your chat.
