Whisper option when clicking on a person's name

I’m new to BTTV so forgive me if I’m overlooking something. On the regular Twitch, I was able to click a person’s name and the “message” option would pop up and clicking it would let me whisper them. On BTTV, I see the “message” option but it opens a window to DM them instead. I know I could easily /w and start typing their name, but this is just something I’m used to doing. I’d read somewhere that you could click a person’s name and hit “W” and it would whisper them, but that doesn’t seem to be working for me. Any tips are appreciated

You need to have Mod Card Keybinds enabled in your BetterTTV settings for this feature to work.
